Earning a PageRank is a part of my goals when I started blogging. I was aware I can’t earn this with just months or even a year. There is so much needed to be done, commenting on blogs, backlink building, and the most important is relationship building. To be honest I have never done enough of these, I started commenting on blogs one month ago, and backlink building is when I only have an idle time. Sometimes the laziness knocks me out (lol)
Yesterday, my friend PM’ed me saying my blog has a PR of 3. I was surprised and quickly checked, I thought there is just an error or what co’z sometimes it happens on my browser but when I asked some of my friends to check…It really did have a PR of 3!
Isn’t that amazing? I was expecting in a year or two I’ll be earning a PR of 1 or not but after just 5 months of half hardwork and half slacking (lol) I earned 3 PR’s.
Well this is it for now, I’ll be posting some new updates for beginners, well of course not just for beginners but for everyone. And don’t forget my other blog. It’s a PR5 blogspot blog earning a good traffic ranging from 5000 to 10,000+ unique hits a month. (I got 23,000 last month – you can also sponsor there for $3 a month)
Have a prosperous 2010 to each and everyone!

Congratulations on your achievement. I’m glad that all that hard work you put into it paid off. Word of advice though, Google being the fickle entity that it is, don’t be too surprised if he decides to take some back at a later date.

Congratualtions! My blog still PR 3
It’s ok Toan, there’s still time to make it higher in the later days. Let’s just continue what we do.
Let’s both have a prosperous 2010!
That’s awesome! I love reading your blog. I just had to comment because I have only had my blog up for about 4 months and I just noticed today my PR is 3 also! I thought that same thing that you did. Is this right? I’m still not sure if it’s right. Weird, but maybe it’s true.
I’ve been doing a lot of the tips you’ve taught on your blog. Also been doing some backlink building – well, kind of. Just social media profile building and local directories, blog comments, and forum participation. Not real aggressive link building yet though.
Maybe it’s true that a little bit goes a long way!?
Thanks again!
That’s good to know someone reads my articles and I helped someone. Hey, how about we do a little backlink building in our blogs, How about we I do a link exchange? It will be good for both of us
Thanks for commenting!

Congrats on your PR 3, JP! That’s a great accomplishment for all the longer you’ve been blogging. My blog just moved up to PR 3 as well.
Have a prosperous 2010!

Yes Alan and thanks for helping me

Congrats on the PR, JP! It certainly is a good feeling, right?
I’m still stuck on PR3, it seems to be really hard to go from 3-4, but it’s relatively easy to go from 2-3…

Thanks Simon, yeah it really feels great seeing an accomplishment. But it never stops there, I still have to do more than I usually do to make it higher.
Thanks for the comment Simon.

Hi Ram,
To tell you honestly, not much. There’s still time for slacking and even doing other things than blogging but there is still the worry for my blog. Well, getting PR3 is easy when you have quality links coming in.
Thanks Ram.
