If you think that blogging has a posting frequency then you are totally wrong. You are not required to post everytime or everyday, always remember that you are the God of your blog so you have the control and it is in your own will to post.
It is all up to you whether you put posts daily or once a week. There are lots of blogs out there that updates only once a week and yet they are popular. People still visit their blogs even if they don’t see any updates. There are also bloggers who puts updates once a day, or maybe several times a day. It depends on how you handle your posts and deal with the readers.
Now, what you have to do is to schedule the frequency of posting. Example, you choose to post or update two times a week, whether it be at the same hour or any day just be sure to put updates so people will expect and will do come back to your blog on your scheduled posting days. And be sure to fix this day(s) and stick to it.
Always remember that even if you post once a week or very often, it still depends on the “quality” of your update. So even if you put couples of non-sensical posts everyday, people will just ignore that and they are likely to click those posts that are full of sense even if it is updated days ago.
“Do not worry too much about the quantity of posts on your blog, worry on the quality of every posts because people reads by the quality and not on the quantity”.
But also remember that having these two, quantity and quality working together is a great way of updating a blog.
Agreed. When you think of writing, you can easily get caught up with trying to come up with something fresh each day but by doing so you’re often stretching yourself thin.
Instead, feel out a natural writing pattern that gives you plenty of time to research your topics, write, edit and find additional media to back it up.
During your “downtime” between blog posts, you can promote the posts so they aren’t just looked over when you write a new one the next day.

In blogging, it’s bad to pressure yourself just to have a fresh content daily. Also, it’s hard to promote a blogpost and write at the same time. We also have to allocate time on different tasks like these.
Blogging is the best way to share your thoughts, ideas and knowledge with others. But make sure that you are writing a fresh and unique content. It would be better for your blog.
